Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
  Strawberries 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Minute tapioca 2 Tablespoon
  White sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Put fruit into an unbaked pie shell.
Add water.
Mix minute tapioca and sugar and sprinkle over fruit.
Cover with top crust or strips of pastry.
To prevent scorching put strip of tin foil or strip of damp cotton around edge of pie.
Bake at 450 degrees for thirty minutes.
Reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake for another fifteen minutes.
