|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Instant rice||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, bread crumbs, green pepper, onion and ground beef in medium mixing bowl.
Pat mixture onto bottom and sides of 10-inch pie plate.
Combine rice, water, 1/4 cup cheese, remaining tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
Spoon into pie plate.
Cover with plastic wrap.
MICROWAVE 20 to 25 MINUTES on '8', or until rice is fluffed and tender.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
MICROWAVE 3 to 4 MINUTES on '8', or until cheese is melted.
