Cauliflower And Sausage Pie
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Pepper powder||To Taste|
|White sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Boil the cauliflower with salt, sugar and a little pepper powder.
Stir once or twice and remove from the fire before it gets too soft.
Drain the cauliflower and cut it into pieces.
Place the pieces on a greased dish.
Pour white sauce over, sprinkle cheese and spread the egg.
Prick a few holes in the sausages with a fork and place them on top.
Put the dish in an oven to bake for twenty minutes or so till the top gets browned and the sausages are fully baked.
