Lemon Chiffon Pie De Luxe

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 3 , well beaten
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Lemons 2 , rind of lemons
  Hot water 2 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg whites 3
Directions

Cook the first 6 ingredients in double boiler until thick.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add 1/2 cup sugar gradually.
Fold into the cooked filling.
Fill pie shell and place in 400° oven for 10 minutes.
Cool.
