Lattice Beef Pie
|Corned beef/Left over beef||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Grated cheese||4 Ounce|
|Extra grated cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||4 Fluid Ounce (About 1 Gill)|
|Mashed potato||1 Pound (About 12 Ounce)|
Make thick cheese sauce.
Add seasoning, the chopped meat or flaked corned beef and the chopped spring onion.
Use some of the green stems too.
Put into shallow dish and pipe the potato in a lattice design.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the potato and brown for about 10-15 minutes in a hot oven (425°F.€”Gas Mark 6).
