  Apples 4 Cup (64 tbs), thinly sliced
  Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground (fresh)
  Dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon

Blend butter with dry ingredients- add fruit mixture and pour into pastry lined pan, put on top crust, crimp edges, make steam slot.
Bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes.
