A Proper Fish Pie

Ingredients
  Cooked white fish 1 Pound
  Cooked salmon/1 small tin salmon 4 Ounce
  Frozen prawns/Frozen shrimp 2 Ounce
  Well flavored white sauce parsley/Cheese 1⁄2 Pint
  Mashed potatoes with egg 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Grease a shallow dish, flake the fish and mix in the prawns or shrimps.
A sprinkling of tarragon can be added at this stage.
Cover with the sauce, parsley or cheese or a spoonful of anchovy essence added to your white sauce instead would be equally nice stir together, then add the lid of mashed potatoes, not too thick, and bake in a moderate oven for about half an hour.
If you do not want to use potatoes, simply sprinkle grated cheese on top of the fish and sauce mixture and cook as stated.
