Coffee Cream Pie
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Strong coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brazil nut pie shell||1|
|Meringue||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Recipe, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
1.Mix flour, salt and sugar thoroughly; add coffee and milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
2.Stir slowly into beaten egg yolks and cook 1 minute longer.
5.Pour into pie shell, top with meringue
6.Serve with coffee
