Coffee Cream Pie

The coffee cream pie is a rich and creamy coffee flavored pie set in a brazil nut pie shell. Cooked and poured in the pie shell, the coffee cream pie can be served warm or chilled. Delicious and sinfully sumptious, the coffee cream pie is a great dessert treat.
Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Strong coffee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Brazil nut pie shell 1
  Meringue 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Recipe, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

MAKING
1.Mix flour, salt and sugar thoroughly; add coffee and milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
2.Stir slowly into beaten egg yolks and cook 1 minute longer.
3.Add butter.
4.Cool.
5.Pour into pie shell, top with meringue
SERVING
6.Serve with coffee
