Glazed Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 Quart, rinsed and hulled
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Red food coloring 4 Drop
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Baked 9 inch pie shell 1
Directions

Reserve 2 cups whole strawberries.
Crush remaining strawberries with a fork; set aside.
Mix sugar and cornstarch thoroughly in a saucepan.
Blend in the water.
Stirring constantly, bring to boiling and boil for 3 minutes, or until clear.
Remove from heat; stir in crushed strawberries, lemon juice, and food coloring.
Cool mixture slightly by setting pan in a bowl of ice and water.
Cover and set aside.
Beat the cream cheese until softened, then beat in the orange juice until blended.
Spread over bottom of baked pie shell.
Turn whole strawberries into shell.
Pour cooled strawberry mixture over berries.
Chill in refrigerator.
