This Key Lime Pie is a great summer time treat for your family and friends. Very simple and easy to make this Key Lime Pie tastes exactly similar to its classic version. So if the summer is taking its toll on you, now you know what is the best way to cool it off!
Ingredients
  Sweetened condensed milk 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Egg yolks 3
  Lime juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Green food coloring 2 Drop
  Baked 9 inch pie shell 1
  Egg whites 3
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Mix the condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and food coloring until blended.
Chill.
Turn mixture into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until frothy; add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition.
Beat until stiff peaks are formed; spread the meringue over pie filling to edge of pastry.
Set in a 450°F oven about 5 minutes, or until meringue is delicately browned.
