Glazed Fruit Pie

Ingredients
  Cold milk/Half and half 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling 3 Ounce (1 Package, 4 Serving Size Jell O)
  Baked 9 inch pie shell/Prepared graham cracker crumb crust 1 , cooled
  Flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package, 4 Serving Size Jell O Brand Peach / Orange / Any Red Flavor)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fruit 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh / Drained Canned, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Pour cold milk into bowl.
Add pie filling mix.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat 1 minute.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill 1 hour.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Chill until thickened.
Pour about 1/2 cup of the gelatin over pie filling in pie shell.
Arrange fruit on gelatin and spoon remaining gelatin over fruit.
Chill about 2 hours.
