Banana Split Pie has a Delicious taste. The bananas and lemon juice gives the Banana Split Pie Gripping taste. Must catch it
  Vegetable shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Bananas 3 Medium
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Strawberry ice cream 1 Pint, softened
  Frozen whipped dessert topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thawed)
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Chocolate sauce/Quick fudge sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Bake and cool pastry.
Thinly slice bananas; sprinkle with lemon juice and arrange on bottom of pastry shell.
Spread ice cream over bananas.
Freeze until firm.
Spread dessert topping over ice cream.
Top with cherries; sprinkle with nuts.
Freeze again until firm.
