Murbe Teig for Pies

this Murbe teig recipe is a tender pastry crust made for pies, with flour, eggs and butter. Combined together, the murbe teig is a baked crust. This sweet pie crust can be used for any dessert pies of choice.
Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1 , slightly beaten
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Combine flour, salt and sugar.
3.Cut in butter with 2 knives or a pastry blender.
4.Add egg yolk and mix thoroughly.
5.Press into a pie plate or spring-form pan to 1/4 inch thickness.
6.Fill with a fruit filling.
7.Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes, reduce temperature to 350°F and bake until fruit is cooked.
SERVING
8.Serve warm
