1.Start by preheating the oven to 450F degrees
2.Sift dry ingredients together and mix with peaches.
3.Line pie pan with pastry, fill with peach mixture and cover with top crust.
4.Bake in very hot oven for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to moderate (350° F.) and bake 35 minutes longer
5.Serve with cream
