Ingredients
  Zwieback pie shell 1 1⁄2
  Eggs 4 Small
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Nut meats 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
1.Line a deep dish or pie pan with zwieback mixture, reserving 1/2 cup for the top.
2.Beat eggs, add sugar and continue beating until light.
3.Add salt, lemon juice and rind, cream, cheese and flour; beat thoroughly and strain through a fine sieve.
4.Pour into Pastry shell, sprinkle remaining crumbs and nuts on top
5.Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour or until center is firm.
6.Turn off heat, open oven door and let stand in oven 1 hour or until cooled.
SERVING
7.Serve warm
