Chicken And Pineapple Pie has a Sharp taste.The permutation of butter, milk, light cream, and pineapple cubes gives the Chicken And Pineapple Pie Juicy taste.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon slices 4
  Canned pineapple cubes 8 Ounce (One Can)
  Cooked peas/1 frozen package 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baked 9 inch pie shell/Baked 8 inch pie shell 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter.
Stir in flour; cook 1 minute.
Add milk; whisk until smooth.
Add cream and seasoning.
Chop bacon; fry until crisp.
Add to sauce.
Drain pineapple (reserve some cubes for decoration); add to sauce.
Add peas and chicken; mix well.
Season to taste.
Pour into pastry shell.
Decorate with remaining pineapple.
Put into preheated 375 °F oven just long enough for pastry shell to heat through.
