Hot Pepper Pear Relish
Combine flour sugar tumeric celery seed salt and vinegar. Cook until thick. Run the pears onions pickles and peppers through food chopper. Combine with vinegar mixture. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Seal in sterilized jars. Makes 7 or 8 pints.
Force pears peppers and onions through food chop per. Combine all ingredients cook for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Fill jars seal well.
Combine all ingredients and let stand overnight. Bring mixture to a boil. Pack into hot jars leaving 1 4 inch head space. Adjust caps. Process 20 minutes in boiling water bath

Peel quarter and core the pears. Force the pears peppers and onions through a food chopper. Combine all the ingredients in a large kettle and cook for 25 minutes stirring occasionally. Fill the jars and seal.
