Cranberry Orange Nut Relish

Ingredients
  Cranberries 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Tart apple 1 , peeled and cored
  Granulated sugar 150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Chopped pecans 125 Milliliter, toasted (1/2 Cup)
  Raisins 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Orange marmalade 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Coarsely grated lemon rind 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch
Directions

In food processor or grinder, chop cranberries and apple.
In bowl, combine cranberry mixture, sugar, pecans, raisins, marmalade, lemon rind, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if using).
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 1 week.
