|Mustard seed||1⁄4 Pound|
|Flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Press all ingredients through a food chopper.
Sprinkle generously but not heavily with salt and let stand over night.
Drain and add: Cook with vegetables for 30 minutes.
Make a paste of the above ingredients.
Add to hot mixture and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
