End Of The Garden Tomato Relish

Ingredients
  Green tomatoes 12
  Green bell peppers 4
  Red bell peppers 4
  Yellow onions 3
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Celery salt 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Yellow mustard 6 Ounce (1 Jar Of 6 Ounce)
  Salad dressing 1 Quart (Mayonnaise Type)
Directions

Grind the tomatoes, bell peppers and onions into a bowl and let stand at room temperature, covered, for 2 hours.
Place the tomato mixture in cheesecloth and squeeze as dry as possible.
Combine the tomato mixture, sugar, celery, salt and mustard in a heavy 4 quart kettle over medium high heat; bring to a boil.
Boil for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in the mayonnaise type salad dressing; return to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Ladle into pint jars.
Chill, covered, until ready to use.
