Ingredients
  Sliced green tomatoes 2 Quart
  Chopped onions 1 Pint
  Sliced green peppers 1 Pint
  Shredded cabbage 1 Quart
  Thinly sliced carrots 1 Pint
  Chopped celery 1 Pint
  Mustard seed 2 Ounce
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Pound
  White vinegar 2 Quart
Directions

Place all ingredients in large kettle; mix well.
Cook slowly for 1 hour, stirring occa sionally.
Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal at once.
