Cauliflower Pickles

Ingredients
  Cauliflowerets 2 Quart
  Sugar 1 1⁄2
  Distilled vinegar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  White mustard seed 1 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 1 Tablespoon
  Green peppers 2 , cut into strips
  Sweet peppers 2 , cut into strips
  Onions 1 1⁄2 Pound, quartered
Directions

Cook cauliflower in small amount of water for 5 minutes; drain.
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt and spices; cover and heat to boiling.
Add all vegetables; boil, uncovered, for 2 minutes.Place in clean hot jars and seal.
