|Distilled vinegar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|White mustard seed||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery seed||1 Tablespoon|
|Green peppers||2 , cut into strips|
|Sweet peppers||2 , cut into strips|
|Onions||1 1⁄2 Pound, quartered|
Cook cauliflower in small amount of water for 5 minutes; drain.
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt and spices; cover and heat to boiling.
Add all vegetables; boil, uncovered, for 2 minutes.Place in clean hot jars and seal.
