Pineapple Relish Ring

Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce (1 Can No. 2 Size)
  Hot water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Diced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), unpared
  Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pickle relish 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
Pour hot water over gelatin; stir until dis solved.
Add juice.
Chill, stirring occa sionally, until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in pineapple, celery, apple, nuts and relish.
Pour into four or six individual molds; chill until firm.
Unmoldon crisp salad greens; serve with favorite salad dressing.
