Raisinberry Relish

Ingredients
  Golden raisins 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (Sun Maid)
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cranberries 12 Cup (192 tbs) (Fresh Or frozen)
  Finely grated orange peel 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In 3-quart saucepan, combine raisins, orange juice, water, lemon juice and sugar.
Bring to boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.
Add cranberries and orange peel.
Return to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 minutes or until liquid barely covers solid ingredients.
Cool.
Store in covered container in refrigerator up to 1 month.
