Onion Relish

Ingredients
  White vinegar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 14 , peeled and quartered
  Green peppers 6 , seeded and quartered
  Red peppers/3 dried hot peppers 6
Directions

Blender chop onions and peppers in water.
Pour through a strainer.
Empty vegetables into bowl.
Repeat process until all onions and peppers are chopped.
Heat vinegar, sugar, and salt to boiling in a large kettle.
Add vegetables and simmer 15 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
