|White vinegar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Onions||14 , peeled and quartered|
|Green peppers||6 , seeded and quartered|
|Red peppers/3 dried hot peppers||6|
Blender chop onions and peppers in water.
Pour through a strainer.
Empty vegetables into bowl.
Repeat process until all onions and peppers are chopped.
Heat vinegar, sugar, and salt to boiling in a large kettle.
Add vegetables and simmer 15 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
