This Cranberry Orange Relish makes a deliciousy sweet and tangy accompaniment for many of your dishes ! I love this Cranberry Orange Relish with savory pancakes and bread ! Your suggestions about this relish are welcome !
  Cranberries 1⁄2 Pound (2 Cups)
  Apple 1 , cored unpeeled and cut
  Tangerine 1⁄2 , cut, seeds removed skin left on
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Place cranberries, apple, and tangerine in processor bowl.
Process with metal blade until mixture is chopped fine, about 30 seconds.
Stop and scrape sides as needed.
Add sugar and process until blended.
Make 2 or 3 days before needed and refrigerate in a covered jar.
Serve cold.
