Cranberry Orange Relish
|Cranberries||1⁄2 Pound (2 Cups)|
|Apple||1 , cored unpeeled and cut|
|Tangerine||1⁄2 , cut, seeds removed skin left on|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Place cranberries, apple, and tangerine in processor bowl.
Process with metal blade until mixture is chopped fine, about 30 seconds.
Stop and scrape sides as needed.
Add sugar and process until blended.
Make 2 or 3 days before needed and refrigerate in a covered jar.
