Pickle Cheese Pineapple

|Cream cheese||16 Ounce, softened|
|Grated process swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated process cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Gherkins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Sweet)|
Combine cheeses, peanut butter and pickle relish; blend.
Shape into ball.
Garnish with sweet gherkin slices and strips to resemble a pineapple.
Serve as a spread for rye bread, as desired.
