Fried Dill Pickles
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||6 Drop|
|All purpose flour||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Sliced dill pickles||1 Quart|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well; set aside.
Combine 3 1/2 cups flour, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
Dip pickles into milk mixture, and dredge in flour mixture; repeat procedure.
Deep fry in hot oil (350Â°) until pickles float to surface and are golden brown.
Drain on paper towels; serve immediately.
