Carrot & Capsicum Pickle

An amazing combo of pickle with carrot and capsicum together tossed with spices.
Ingredients
  Carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips 2 inches long
  Capsicum 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Kalonji 1 Tablespoon (Nigella seeds)
  Yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Asafoetida 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

1)Grind kalonji,yellow mustard,asafoetida,chilli powder and salt.
2)Combine the above mixture with carrot and capsicum.
3)In a safe microwave bowl add oil and heat it on high for 2 minutes.
4)Pour this hot oil in the mixture and mix well.
5)Again microwave on high for a minute.

SERVING
6)Serve it with chapati for lunch.
