Carrot & Capsicum Pickle
|Carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips 2 inches long|
|Capsicum||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips|
|Kalonji||1 Tablespoon (Nigella seeds)|
|Yellow mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Chilli powder||1 Tablespoon|
1)Grind kalonji,yellow mustard,asafoetida,chilli powder and salt.
2)Combine the above mixture with carrot and capsicum.
3)In a safe microwave bowl add oil and heat it on high for 2 minutes.
4)Pour this hot oil in the mixture and mix well.
5)Again microwave on high for a minute.
6)Serve it with chapati for lunch.
