|White vinegar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Wash all the vegetables and dice.
2. Place all the vegetables in a jar. Pour in vinegar.
3. Mix salt in the water and add in the pickle jar. Close the lid and let it sit for 3 days.
4. Serve Mixed pickles with Lentil and rice.
