Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients
  Cranberries 375 Milliliter
  Tart apple 1
  Granulated sugar 150 Milliliter
  Chopped pecans 125 Milliliter
  Raisins 50 Milliliter
  Orange marmalade 50 Milliliter
  Coarsely grated lemon rind 15 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
Directions

In food processor or grinder, chop cranberries and apple.
In bowl, combine cranberry mixture, sugar, pecans, raisins, marmalade, lemon rind, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if using).
Transfer to jar; cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 1 week.
Makes about 2 cups (500 mL).
*To toast pecans, spread on baking sheet and bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for about 5 minutes or until golden.
