Mustard Relish Molds

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mustard pickle relish 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin on 1 cup cold water in saucepan to soften.
Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved.
Stir into mayonnaise gradually.
Chill to consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in pickle relish, green pepper, onion and celery.
Turn into in- dividual molds; chill until firm.
May be served on sliced tomatoes if desired.
