|Medium prawns||1 Kilogram|
|Green chilly||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Gingelly oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chilly powder||1 Teaspoon|
1)Clean the prawns well. Marinate the prawns with chilly powder and salt for 30 mins.
2)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. Take only as much oil u need to fry the prawns
3)Fry prawns and keep it aside.
:- You can deep fry it, if you want to keep it for a long time.
4)Coarsely grind garlic, green chilly and ginger.(Chandanjaal mathi).
Crush the curry leaves.
5)Fry this in the same oil u used to fry prawns. also fry these well until crispy..u can also add the items without crushing but when u crush its tastier.
6)Add this to the fried prawns and allow to cool..
7)Check the salt . If u need more salt. Heat little salt in kadai and then add..
8)Add 2 tsp of vinegar..Or the juice of a whole lemon.(Lemon is tastier)
Store in air tight containers. Use after 2 days. Keep refrigerated.
If u want more spicy pickle , use more of green chilly than chilly powder.
