Tangy Cranberry Relish Molds
|Cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Peeled oranges||2 , sectioned|
|Diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
"Process cranberries through food chopper; sprinkle with sugar and salt.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Sprin- kle gelatin on 1/2 cup cold water in saucepan to soften.
Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Dice orange sec- tions; add cranberry mixture and celery.
Stir into gelatin mixture.
Turn into 6 individual molds; chill until firm.
Unmold on orange slices if desired.
