Cranberry Relish-Holiday

This recipe will be adored by event the pickiest eaters. In most cases the poor can of cranberry is left on the table with only a nibble taken out. Well with this relish you will want to lick the plate clean. This also makes a great spread for sandwiches as well
Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cranberries 12 Ounce (ocean spray)
  Orange marmalade 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pumpkin pie spice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot, over high heat put together sugar and water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
2. Add in the cranberries and pumpkin pie spice, and stir well.
3. Allow the mixture to come to a boil, let it boil for 5 minutes or until the cranberry starts to soften.
4. Using the back of the spoon, crush the cranberries on the sides of the pot, as much as possible.
5. Add in the orange marmalade, stir and bring to a boil.

FINALZING
6. Turn of the heat and allow it to cool.
7. Pour the relish in zip lock bags and refrigerate.

SERVING
8. Use as desired.
