|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beets||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), diced (Cooked)|
1) In a bowl, stir the sugar in vinegar until dissolved.
2) Stir in the prepared horseradish; blend thoroughly.
3) Pour the mixture over the beets, cover and refrigerate overnight.
4) Use the 2 1/2 cups Beet Relish as required.
