Apple Relish

Ingredients
  Apples 12 , peeled and chopped
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green peppers 2 , seeded and chopped
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced and seeded
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs), seeded
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients together, mix thoroughly.
2) Cook over a low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
3) In hot sterilized jars, spoon this 2 quarts relish and seal the jars.

SERVING
4) Use the Apple Relish as required.
