Uncooked Cranberry Apple Relish
|Cranberries||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Apples||2 , peeled and cored|
|Oranges||2 , cut into segments|
|White sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
1) In a food processor, place the cranberries, apples and orange segments.
2) Process until the finely chopped.
3) In a bowl, mix together chopped fruits, lemon juice and sugar.
4) Cover and place the fruit mixture in the refrigerator overnight or until chill.
5) Serve as desired.
Uncooked Cranberry Apple Relish keeps in refrigerator for several weeks.
