Ingredients
  Sliced cucumbers 4 Quart
  Sliced onions 4 Medium
  Sweet red peppers To Taste, cut into strips
  Green pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mustard seed 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl mix all ingredients.
2) Heat to just below boiling point but do not boil.
3) Transfer into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/2-inch head space.
4) Seal immediately.

SERVING
5) Serve as desired.
