Cucumber Pickles

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 4 Medium, thinly sliced
  Dried onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed ice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, mix well together cucumber, onion, green pepper and garlic.
2) Dredge the salt and ice .
3) Allow to rest for 3 hour at room temperature.

MAKING
4) Drain the cucumber mixture well.
5) In a saucepan, mix together vinegar, sweetener, mustard, celery seeds and turmeric.
6) Stir in the vegetables.
7) Bring to boil again and simmer for 3 minutes.
8) In sterilised jars, pour the vegetable mixture, cool it and seal it with lids.

SREVING
9) Refrigerate the pickles and serve as desired,
