Egg Pickle

Ingredients
  Hard boiled eggs 12 , shelled
  Vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
  Cloves 12
  Pounded mustard seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Peppercorns 12
  Red chilies 6
  Garlic flakes 4
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind ginger and garlic.
Mix together all the ingredients with the exception of eggs and boil for 15 minutes.
Strain and cool.
Pack eggs in a jar and pour the vinegar on top.
Cover tightly and use after a week.
They can be used in salads or sandwiches.
