Orange Cranberry Relish
|Raw cranberries||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Peel oranges, removing all the pith.
2. Take out seeds.
3. Put oranges and cranberries in a food processor, and process until finely chopped.
4. Mix in the sugar thoroughly.
5. Store in refrigerator.
