Ingredients
  Cucumbers 4 Quart, thinly sliced
  Onions 6 Medium, thinly sliced
  Green pepper 1 , thinly sliced
Directions

Sprinkle salt over cucumbers, onions and pepper.
Cover with cracked ice and water.
Mix -let stand 3 hours.
Drain well.
