Ingredients
  Small white pickling onions white onions 6 Pound
  Spiced vinegar 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Choose small ,uniform onions and without peeling put them in brine.Leave or 12 hours.
2 Peel the onions and again immerse them in fresh brine for another 24-36 hours.
3 Pack the onions into sterlized jars and cover them with cold spiced vinegar.Seal immediately.

SERVING
4 Leave for 2-3 months before using.
