Spicy Pickled Onions
|White onions brine||300 Milliliter (small sized white onion)|
|Spiced vinegar||2 Pint|
|Sugar||1 Tablespoon (to very pint vinegar)|
Use only small, white onions.
Peel, cover with water and leave for 24 hours.
Wash and put into brine for 3 - 4 days.
Wash well, drain and pack into jars.
Fill jars to overflowing with hot, spiced vinegar.
(Add 1 tblspn, sugar to every pint vinegar).
