Red Sweet Pepper Relish

  Roasted red pepper strips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Purchased Ones)
  Chopped pitted ripe olives 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Snipped fresh thyme/1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon

1. In a food processor bowl combine red sweet pepper strips, ripe olives, olive oil, fresh or dried thyme, and black pepper. Cover and process with several on-off turns till coarsely chopped. Cover and chill till ready to serve.
