Homemade Cucumber Pickles

A super simple way to recreate the classic. Pickles made overnight! You can visit our Facebook Page for more recipes, tips and videos.
  Cucumbers 28 Ounce (2 Bags Frescoâ™, 14 Ounce Each)
  Red wine vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kosher salt 2 Tablespoon
  Yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Hot pepper 1 (Gustoâ™ Brand, If Needed Spicy)

1.In a sealable jar, place as many Fresco™ mini cucumbers as possible (add 1 Gusto™ pepper if you want pickles with a little kick).
2.In a separate pot, bring vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seed and bay leaf to boil.
3.When sugar and salt are dissolved, pour pickling liquid inside jar and seal.
4.Refrigerate overnight.
