Corn Relish Using Sweet Corn

Ingredients
  Ears of sweet corn 3 Dozen
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 4
  Vinegar 1 Quart
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green peppers 3
  Salt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Pimientos 3
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut corn from ear and chop cabbage, onions, peppers and pimientos.
Mix all ingredients together and boil 1 hour.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
