Tomato Relish

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled and chopped (Under Ripe)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Celery stalks 1 , chopped
  Horseradish cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Malt vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

To make the tomato relish, place all the ingredients in a saucepan, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Spoon the mixture into sterilized warm jars, seal and store in the refrigerator.
