Party Corn Relish

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed, vinegar and pepper sauce in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until sauce just starts to boil.
Stir in corn, green pepper, onion and pimiento.
Combine.
Cool.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours to blend flavors.
